About The Instructor

Stephen (Steve) Case, CISSP is a Sr. IT Audit Manager for DWCC with over 25 years experience in Retail Point of Sale systems, credit and debit card processing, and EFT compliance. Since 1996, Steve has provided training, consulting and auditing services in EFT, Stored Value, and credit card compliance within the Banking and Retail Industry.

Prior to joining DeLap White Caldwell & Croy, LLP, Steve's experience culminates from working for a large Midwest home improvement retail chain and two large network/processors within the EFT industry. Steve is a member of the American National Standards Institute X9F6 Working Group focused on the retail banking industry. As technical editor, Steve played a key role in the development and republication of TG-3-2004 and is presently chairing an ad-hoc committee to update and expand TG-3.
