A. Refunds/Credits/Transfers:
1) Refunds, credits and
transfers are issued based on DeLap White Caldwell & Croy,
LLP's (DWCC) Cancellation Policy. They are issued in the form
of full refunds, refunds less handling charge, refundable
credits and non-refundable credits. (Refer to Cancellation
Policy below).
2) Refundable credits
must be used within one year of issue; thereafter, a refund
check will be mailed.
3) Non-refundable credits
will be held for one year from the date of issue; thereafter,
unused credit will be forfeited.
4) Refunds will be returned
to company / individual issuing original payment.
Cancellation Policy:
5) Cancellations received
15 or more days prior to the event will incur no penalty.
6) Cancellations received
14 or fewer days prior to the event will be charge a $100.00
cancellation fee or, without penalty you may a) send a substitute
(which must be arranged with DWCC 5 days prior to the event);
b) transfer your registration to another event of your choice.
7) Requests for refund
or transfer on or following the event date cannot be honored.
8) Refunds will be returned
to company / individual issuing original payment.
9) No-show registrants
will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
B. Program Cancellation/Schedule
Changes:
1) DWCC may occasionally
find it necessary to reschedule or cancel an event and will
give registrants advance notice of such changes. DWCC will
provide refunds or credits (Refer to Refunds / Credits / Transfers
Policy above). DWCC will not be responsible for penalties
incurred as a result of discount airline purchases
