Matthew J. Mattecheck, CPA
Matt joined DeLap White Caldwell & Croy
LLP in December, 2002, after spending the previous five years
with a large local public accounting firm. Matt has extensive
experience managing tax and accounting engagements for closely-held
companies in a variety of industries including automotive,
personal service, wholesale/distribution, and restaurants.
He specializes in corporate tax solutions, both S
and C Corporations, but also serves partnerships,
limited liability companies, and individuals with both tax
planning and compliance. Matt also brings extensive experience
in developing and presenting technical training workshops
for tax accountants.
A native Oregonian, Matt obtained his accounting degree from
the University of Portland and is a member of both the Oregon
Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants. He serves as an executive
board member and Treasurer for Police Activities League of
Greater Portland and is a member of the Steering Committee
for the United Way New Leaders group. Matt, his wife Sarah,
and their son live in Northeast Portland.
