Lynn C. Laurie, CPA

Lynn Laurie has 19 years of experience in public accounting, serving small to medium sized companies, their shareholders, key employees and families. The focus of her work has been in the areas of tax planning and compliance for both businesses and individuals. Her primary experiences have been with high net worth individuals and closely-held companies in the manufacturing, distribution, real estate, construction and service industries.

She brings a proactive approach to business succession planning; estate, financial and tax planning; retirement plans; and recapitalization issues. She has worked with start-up, rapidly growing and established companies.


Her academic and professional associations include a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California Santa Barbara, where she graduated with honors; and membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Lynn and her husband have lived in Portland since 1990 and enjoy many activities with their son, John. Her personal characteristics that contribute to her success in public accounting are a love of people, orderly disciplined work habits and a dedication to the truth.
