David G. DeLap, CPA

David DeLap, managing partner, has 22 years of experience in public accounting. He is a third generation partner at DWCC. His primary experiences have been with closely-held companies in the manufacturing, food processing distribution, real estate, software and service industries.

He brings a proactive approach to business succession planning; estate and tax planning; lease, employee benefit, sale and financing negotiations; profit improvement; and management issues. He has worked with start-up, rapidly growing and established companies. He works hard as a problem solver and is committed to timely delivery of services and rapid response to inquiries.

Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has held leadership positions in PTA and other various Not-For-Profit organizations and has been an active member in his church.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Linfield College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1980. He is a native Oregonian and lives with his wife and two children in Milwaukie.
