Michael S. Croy, CPA

Mike Croy, one of the firm’s nine partners, has 29 years of experience in public accounting. Mike began his public accounting career with one of the country’s largest international CPA firms and developed his expertise in the medium to large business, publicly and privately held, arena. Mike provides consulting, auditing and accounting services in a variety of industry settings encompassing distribution, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, healthcare, insurance, government, Taft-Hartley pension and welfare plans and charitable nonprofit organizations.

As an AICPA/OSCPA approved peer reviewer, Mike is highly experienced in all aspects of financial reporting, both for internal management purposes and external financing and regulatory purposes. He has counseled business owners in the areas of succession planning, financing, corporate tax compliance and management consulting. Mike has also assisted start-up companies, organizational restructuring, acquisitions, mergers and dispositions of companies.

Mike has a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Washington State University. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Mike is a retired colonel.
