Donald J. Caldwell, CPA

Don Caldwell, one of the firm’s nine partners, directs the firm’s tax practice. Don has 25 years of experience, providing tax and profitability planning to high worth individuals and their companies. His areas of expertise include distribution, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, retail, retirement plans and charitable nonprofit organizations.

Don is well versed in all aspects of tax compliance for individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies and both S and C corporations. He counsels business owners in the areas of retirement, succession planning, financing, tax compliance and long range planning. Don also provides tax and strategic planning to start-up companies as well as rapidly expanding and mature companies.

Don has a Bachelor of Science degree from Carroll College in Wisconsin and a Masters of International Management from the American Graduate School International Management. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Don is active on his church finance committee and enjoys coaching youth soccer and little league.
