Wes B. Hansen, CPA

Wes has over 20 years of experience providing tax minimizing strategies and accounting expertise to private and publicly held clients. Prior to joining Delap, Wes spent five years at a regional firm in San Francisco, four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Portland, and nine years at Symonds, Evans & Co., P.C. in Portland, Oregon.

As a principal in Delap’s practice, Wes provides his expertise in the following areas: financial institutions, healthcare, and high tech.

Wes discovered early on that there were many advantages to being a CPA. He found that he was able to work in a variety of industries, encounter challenging tasks on a daily basis and create relationships based on trust with his clients. What he likes most about his role is that is every day is different.

When Wes is away from the office, he enjoys hiking, traveling, skiing and running. One of his favorite books is "The Drifters," by James Michener. He also spends time with his partner, Annette, and her three daughters.
