It is with mixed emotions that Delap announced the retirement of Mike Croy, Partner as of January 2010. Mike provided consulting, auditing and accounting expertise to privately and publicly held businesses in a wide variety of industries for over 35 years. He counseled business owners in the areas of succession planning, financing, and management consulting, and has assisted companies with organizational restructurings and mergers & acquisitions.
Although we will miss Mike, he has worked hard his entire career, and has earned the opportunity to enjoy more time with his family.
